Chapter 3119 | Calculation of Child Support Obligation - Health Insurance Coverage
Section 3119.9531 | Determination of New Caregiver.

If, after an investigation under section 3119.9527 of the Revised Code, the child support enforcement agency determines that a new caretaker is the primary caregiver for the child who is the subject of the redirection order or recommendation, the agency shall do both of the following:

(A) Terminate the existing redirection order or request that the court terminate the redirection order based on the recommendation, whichever is applicable;

(B) Direct the new caretaker to file an application for Title IV-D services under section 3119.951 of the Revised Code.
