The occupational therapy section of the Ohio occupational therapy, physical therapy, and athletic trainers board may contract with the Ohio occupational therapy association, or its successor organization, for assistance in performing any duties prescribed in rules adopted under division (I) of section 4755.06 of the Revised Code.
