Chapter 3726 | Disposition of Fetal Remains From Surgical Abortion
Section 3726.15 | Immunity for Person Burying of Cremating Fetal Remains.

A person who buries or cremates fetal remains from a surgical abortion is not liable for or subject to damages in any civil action, prosecution in any criminal proceeding, or professional disciplinary action related to the disposal of fetal remains, if that person does all of the following:

(A) Acts in good faith compliance with this chapter and, if applicable, section 4717.271 of the Revised Code;

(B) Receives a copy of a properly executed detachable supplemental form described in division (C)(1) of section 3726.14 of the Revised Code;

(C) Acts in furtherance of the final disposition of the fetal remains.
