Section 107.06 | Fees for Governor's Commission.

Each officer designated in section 107.05 of the Revised Code shall pay the following fee to the secretary of state for making, recording, and forwarding the officer's commission :

(A) For a militia officer, no fee;

(B) For an officer who is appointed by the governor to an appointive office, no fee;

(C) For an officer who receives no compensation, no fee;

(D) For a judge of a county court, two dollars ;

(E) For all other officers, five dollars.
