Section 1322.25 | [Repealed Effective 9/1/2021 by h.b. 133 of the 134th General Assembly] Adoption of Rules to Conform to Federal Law Regarding Temporary Licenses for Registered Loan Originators.

If the "Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008," 122 Stat. 2810, 12 U.S.C. 5101, as amended, is modified after the effective date of this amendment, or any regulation, statement, or position is adopted under that act, to permit states to issue a temporary mortgage loan originator license to a registered loan originator, the superintendent shall, in accordance with section 111.15 of the Revised Code, adopt rules the superintendent considers necessary and appropriate to issue a temporary license to a registered loan originator.
