Chapter 4751 - NURSING HOME ADMINISTRATION
Section 4751.26 - Continuing education.
Universal Citation: Ohio Rev Code § 4751.26 (2019)
The board of executives of long-term services and supports shall approve continuing education courses for licensed nursing home administrators and licensed health services executives. The board may establish a fee for approval of such courses that is adequate to cover any expense the board incurs in the approval process.
