Chapter 3923 - SICKNESS AND ACCIDENT INSURANCE
Section 3923.87 - Compliance with section 3959.20.
Universal Citation: Ohio Rev Code § 3923.87 (2019)
Each sickness and accident insurer or public employee benefit plan shall comply with the requirements of section 3959.20 of the Revised Code as they pertain to health plan issuers.
As used in this section, "health plan issuer" has the same meaning as in section 3922.01 of the Revised Code.
