Chapter 2303 - CLERK OF THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS
Section 2303.05 - Clerk may appoint deputies.
Universal Citation: Ohio Rev Code § 2303.05 (2019)
The clerk of the court of common pleas may appoint one or more deputies. Such appointment or appointments shall be in writing signed by the clerk and entered on the journal of the court.
