Chapter 1337 - POWER OF ATTORNEY
Section 1337.24 - Power of attorney is durable.

UNIFORM POWER OF ATTORNEY ACT

Article 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

A power of attorney created under sections 1337.21 to 1337.64 of the Revised Code is durable unless it expressly provides that it is terminated by the incapacity of the principal.
