Section 5.265 - Charles Follis Day.
Universal Citation: Ohio Rev Code § 5.265 (2019)
The third day of February is designated "Charles Follis Day" in honor of the first African American professional football player who was born on that day in 1879, and who played for the Shelby Blues.
