Chapter 5735 - MOTOR FUEL TAX
Section 5735.011 - Measurement of liquid natural gas.
Universal Citation: Ohio Rev Code § 5735.011 (2018)
For the purposes of this chapter, amounts of liquid natural gas shall be measured in gallon equivalents. The diesel gallon equivalent standard for liquid natural gas shall be the equivalent of one gallon of motor fuel.
