Section 742.091 - Actions; venue.
Universal Citation: Ohio Rev Code § 742.091 (2017)
Any action brought against the Ohio police and fire pension fund or the Ohio police and fire pension fund board of trustees or its officers, employees, or board members in their official capacities shall be brought in the appropriate court in Franklin county, Ohio.
