Section 735.074 - Schedule of payments.
Universal Citation: Ohio Rev Code § 735.074 (2017)
The amounts and time of payments of any contract made by a city or village, or any board, commission, or agency thereof, shall be governed by sections 153.13 and 153.14 of the Revised Code.
