Section 723.47 - Term of grant.
Universal Citation: Ohio Rev Code § 723.47 (2017)
No grant or franchise shall be made to an interurban railway company for longer than twenty years, and no franchise so granted shall be used for the purpose of operating a municipal streetcar system.
