Chapter 715 - GENERAL POWERS
Section 715.31 - Wharves and docks.
Universal Citation: Ohio Rev Code § 715.31 (2017)
Any municipal corporation may:
(A) Regulate public landings, public wharves, public docks, public piers, and public basins;
(B) Fix the rates of landing, wharfage, dockage, and the use of such facilities.
