Section 5534.45 - Officer David Fahey Memorial Highway.
Universal Citation: Ohio Rev Code § 5534.45 (2017)
In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code, the eastbound and westbound lanes of interstate route number ninety, in Cuyahoga county only, shall be known as "Officer David Fahey Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
