Chapter 5167 - MEDICAID MANAGED CARE
Section 5167.04 - Inclusion of alcohol, drug addiction, and mental health services in care management system.

The department of medicaid shall include alcohol, drug addiction, and mental health services covered by medicaid in the care management system established under section 5167.03 of the Revised Code. The services shall not be included in the system before July 1, 2018.
