Chapter 4731 - PHYSICIANS; LIMITED PRACTITIONERS
Section 4731.07 - [Effective Until 1/21/2018] Records.
(A) The state medical board shall keep a record of its proceedings. The minutes of a meeting of the board shall, on approval by the board, constitute an official record of its proceedings.
(B) The board shall keep a register of applicants for certificates issued under this chapter and Chapters 4760., 4762., and 4774. of the Revised Code and licenses issued under this chapter and Chapters 4730. and 4778. of the Revised Code. The register shall show the name of the applicant and whether the applicant was granted or refused a certificate or license. With respect to applicants to practice medicine and surgery or osteopathic medicine and surgery, the register shall show the name of the institution that granted the applicant the degree of doctor of medicine or osteopathic medicine. The books and records of the board shall be prima-facie evidence of matters therein contained.
