Chapter 4725 - OPTOMETRISTS; DISPENSING OPTICIANS
Section 4725.67 - Discrimination prohibited.
Universal Citation: Ohio Rev Code § 4725.67 (2017)
The state vision professionals board and any committees established by the board shall not discriminate against an applicant or holder of a certificate, license, registration, or endorsement issued under this chapter because of the person's race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability as defined in section 4112.01 of the Revised Code, or age. A person who files with the board or committee a statement alleging discrimination based on any of those reasons may request a hearing with the board or committee, as appropriate.
