Section 2943.04 - Form of plea.

Pleas of guilty or not guilty may be oral. Pleas in all other cases shall be in writing, subscribed by the defendant or his counsel, and shall immediately be entered upon the minutes of the court.
Effective Date: 10-01-1953.
