Chapter 2329 - EXECUTION AGAINST PROPERTY
Section 2329.53 - Return day of writ of execution.
Universal Citation: Ohio Rev Code § 2329.53 (2017)
The officer to whom a writ of execution is directed shall return such writ to the court to which it is returnable within sixty days from its date.
