Chapter 2129 - ANCILLARY ADMINISTRATION
Section 2129.10 - Procedure.
Universal Citation: Ohio Rev Code § 2129.10 (2017)
Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the procedure in ancillary administration shall be the same as in the administration of the estates of resident decedents.
