Chapter 1567 - MINE EQUIPMENT; SAFETY PROVISIONS
Section 1567.30 - Firing of shots - appointed times.
Universal Citation: Ohio Rev Code § 1567.30 (2017)
At a mine where the firing of shots is restricted to specific times, no miner shall fire a shot until the time appointed for him to do so, and then only in such rotation as designated.
