Chapter 1161 - SAVINGS BANKS - ORGANIZATION
Section 1161.08 - [Repealed Effective 1/1/2018] Commencing business.
Universal Citation: Ohio Rev Code § 1161.08 (2017)
A savings bank that fails to commence business within one year from the date of the issuance of its articles of incorporation pursuant to section 1161.04 of the Revised Code shall cease to exist, and its articles of incorporation shall be void.
Repealed by 132nd General Assembly File No. TBD, HB 49, §130.23, eff. 1/1/2018.
Effective Date: 10-23-1991 .
