Chapter 145 - PUBLIC EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT SYSTEM
Section 145.13 - Denomination of bonds.
Universal Citation: Ohio Rev Code § 145.13 (2017)
Bonds purchased from any taxing district of the state shall be in the denomination required by the public employees retirement board in its resolution of purchase.
Effective Date: 10-01-1953.
