Ohio Rev Code § 5920.02 (2014) What's This?
The governor may prescribe rules not inconsistent with the provisions of law governing the enlistment, organization, administration, equipment, and maintenance of the Ohio military reserve. A copy of such rules shall be kept available to the public in the office of the adjutant general.
