Title [51] LI PUBLIC WELFARE
Chapter 5111 - MEDICAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS.
Section 5111.911 - Contract approval required.
Any contract the department of job and family services enters into with the department of mental health or department of alcohol and drug addiction services under section 5111.91 of the Revised Code is subject to the approval of the director of budget and management and shall require or specify all of the following:
(A) In the case of a contract with the department of mental health, that section 5111.912 of the Revised Code be complied with;
(B) In the case of a contract with the department of alcohol and drug addiction services, that section 5111.913 of the Revised Code be complied with;
(C) How providers will be paid for providing the services;
(D) The department of mental health's or department of alcohol and drug addiction services' responsibilities with regard to providers, including program oversight and quality assurance.
