Section 2939.08 - Grand jury duty after charge.
Ohio Rev Code § 2939.08 (2012) What's This?
After the charge of the court of common pleas, the grand jury shall retire with the officer appointed to attend it, and proceed to inquire of and present all offenses committed within the county.
