Ohio Rev Code § 2113.62 (2012) What's This?

Upon receipt of the certificate provided for in section 2113.61 of the Revised Code, the county recorder shall record it in the books provided for the recording of deeds and index those records in the name of the decedent as grantor and the person to whom the real property passes as grantee in the index provided for the record of deeds.
