Section 1513.371 - Mined land set aside fund.


Ohio Rev Code § 1513.371 (2012) What's This?

There is hereby created in the state treasury the mined land set aside fund consisting of grants made by the United States secretary of the interior from the federal abandoned mine reclamation fund pursuant to section 402 of the "Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977," 91 Stat. 445, 30 U.S.C. 1232. The chief of the division of mineral resources management shall administer the fund. Money in the fund shall be used solely for the purposes specified in divisions (B)(1) to (3), (5), and (6) of section 1513.37 of the Revised Code. All investment earnings of the fund shall be credited to the fund.
