943.16 [Effective Until 10/17/2011] Disposition of fines.

All fines imposed and collected under section 943.99 of the Revised Code shall be credited to the animal and consumer analytical laboratory fund created in section 901.43 of the Revised Code.

943.16 [Effective 10/17/2011] Disposition of fines

All fines imposed and collected under section 943.99 of the Revised Code shall be credited to the animal and consumer protection laboratory fund created in section 901.43 of the Revised Code.
