Chapter 901: DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE
901.08 [Effective Until 10/17/2011] Appointment of chiefs of divisions.
The director of agriculture shall appoint a chief of the division of administration, a chief of the division of animal industry, a chief of the division of dairy, a chief of the division of food safety, a chief of the division of markets, a chief of the division of plant industry, a chief of the division of weights and measures, a chief of the division of meat inspection, a chief of the division of consumer analytical laboratory, a chief of the division of enforcement, and a chief of the division of amusement ride safety.

The director of agriculture shall appoint a chief of the division of administration, a chief of the division of animal health, a chief of the division of livestock environmental permitting, a chief of the division of dairy, a chief of the division of food safety, a chief of the division of markets, a chief of the division of plant health, a chief of the division of weights and measures, a chief of the division of meat inspection, a chief of the division of consumer protection laboratory, a chief of the division of enforcement, and a chief of the division of amusement ride safety.
