OH Rev Code § 755.29 What's This?

The board of park trustees, before entering into any contract for the performance of any work, the cost of which exceeds twenty-five thousand dollars, shall cause plans and specifications and forms of bids to be prepared, and when adopted by the board, shall have them printed for distribution among bidders.
