715.31 Wharves and docks.


OH Rev Code § 715.31 What's This?

Any municipal corporation may:

(A) Regulate public landings, public wharves, public docks, public piers, and public basins;

(B) Fix the rates of landing, wharfage, dockage, and the use of such facilities.
