That portion of the road known as state route one hundred four, commencing at its intersection with United States route twenty-three and extending to its intersection with Lockbourne road, shall be known as the “Tuskegee Airmen Memorial Highway.”
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
