That portion of the road known as state route number six hundred nineteen, located within the municipal corporation of Hartville in Stark county only, shall be known as the “Sgt. 1st Class Daniel B. Crabtree Memorial Road.”

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
