5528.33 Investing excess moneys of highway obligations bond retirement fund.

The commissioners of the sinking fund may invest any moneys to the credit of the highway obligations bond retirement fund created by section 5528.32 of the Revised Code in the classifications of obligations eligible for investment or deposit provided for in section 135.14 of the Revised Code. All investment earnings of the fund shall be credited to the fund.
