A home care attendant shall complete not less than twelve hours of in-service continuing education regarding home care attendant services each year and provide the director of job and family services evidence satisfactory to the director that the attendant satisfied this requirement. The evidence shall be submitted to the director not later than the annual anniversary of the issuance of the home care attendant’s initial medicaid provider agreement.
