Chapter 5111: MEDICAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS
5111.651 Application of notice provisions.
Sections 5111.65 to 5111.689 of the Revised Code do not apply to a nursing facility or intermediate care facility for the mentally retarded that undergoes a facility closure, voluntary termination, voluntary withdrawal of participation, or change of operator on or before September 30, 2005, if the exiting operator provided written notice of the facility closure, voluntary termination, voluntary withdrawal of participation, or change of operator to the department of job and family services on or before June 30, 2005.
