Chapter 5104: CHILD DAY-CARE
5104.13 Publishing state statutes and rules governing certification of type B family day-care homes.
The department of job and family services shall prepare a guide describing the state statutes and rules governing the certification of type B family day-care homes. The department may publish the guide electronically or otherwise and shall do so in a manner that the guide is accessible to the public, including type B home providers.
