5104.021 Exemption of youth development programs.
OH Rev Code § 5104.021 What's This?
The director of job and family services may not issue a child day-care center or type A family day-care home license to a youth development program that is exempted by division (B)(9) of section 5104.02 of the Revised Code from the requirements of this chapter.
