5101.516 Imposing restrictions where federal financial participation for children's health insurance program part II is insufficient.
OH Rev Code § 5101.516 What's This?
If the director of job and family services determines that federal financial participation for the children’s health insurance program part II is insufficient to provide health assistance to all the individuals the director anticipates are eligible for the program, the director may refuse to accept new applications for the program or may make the program’s eligibility requirements more restrictive.
