As used in the Revised Code, the “department of public welfare” and the “department of human services” mean the department of job and family services and the “director of public welfare” and the “director of human services” mean the director of job and family services. Whenever the department or director of public welfare or the department or director of human services is referred to or designated in any statute, rule, contract, grant, or other document, the reference or designation shall be deemed to refer to the department or director of job and family services, as the case may be.
