503.13 Completion of proceedings.


OH Rev Code § 503.13 What's This?

The petition, map, and order of the board of county commissioners, certified by the county auditor, shall be recorded in the plat book in the office of the county recorder, and as soon as a record is made, proceedings under sections 503.09 to 503.12, inclusive, of the Revised Code, for the erection of a new township shall be complete.
