4923.01 Definitions.


OH Rev Code § 4923.01 What's This?

As used in sections 4923.01 to 4923.17 of the Revised Code:

(A) “Public utility” has the same meaning as in section 4905.02 of the Revised Code.

(B) ” Motor-propelled vehicle” has the same meaning as in section 4905.03 of the Revised Code.

(C)

“Motor transportation company” has the same meaning as in sections 4905.03 and 4921.02 of the Revised Code.

(D) “Trailer,” “public highway,” and “regular route” have the same meanings as in section 4921.02 of the Revised Code.
