4911.07 [First of two versions] Salary.


OH Rev Code § 4911.07 What's This?

The salary of the consumers’ counsel shall be determined by the consumers’ counsel governing board but shall be in pay range 49 as set forth in section 124.152 of the Revised Code.

4911.07 [Second of two versions] Salary

The salary of the consumers’ counsel shall be determined by the consumers’ counsel governing board and shall be based upon performance.

Amended by 129th General Assembly File No. 10, SB 5, § 1. This amendment is subject to referendum in the Nov. 8, 2011 election.

Effective Date: 07-01-1993

The amendment to this section by 129th General Assembly File No. 10, SB 5, § 1 has been made subject to referendum in the upcoming November, 2011 election.
