4905.64 Forfeiture shall be cumulative.


OH Rev Code § 4905.64 What's This?

All forfeitures under Chapters 4901., 4903., 4905., 4907., 4909., 4921., 4923., and 4925. of the Revised Code are cumulative, and a suit for and recovery of one does not bar the recovery of any other.
