OH Rev Code § 4901.05 What's This?

Each public utilities commissioner shall be a bona fide resident of this state and shall not, during his term of office, hold any other office under the government of the United States, or of this state, or of any political subdivision thereof, either of trust or profit. No commissioner shall engage in any occupation or business inconsistent with his duties as commissioner, but shall devote his entire time to the duties of his office.
