The chemical dependency professionals board shall not discriminate against any licensee, certificate holder, or applicant for a license or certificate under this chapter because of the individual’s race, color, religion, gender, national origin, disability as defined in section 4112.01 of the Revised Code, or age. The board shall afford a hearing to any individual who files with the board a statement alleging discrimination based on any of those reasons.
