The voting members of the chemical dependency professionals board shall receive an amount fixed under division (J) of section 124.15 of the Revised Code for each day employed in the discharge of their official duties as board members and shall be reimbursed for their necessary and actual expenses incurred in the performance of their official duties.

Effective Date: 12-23-2002

4758.12 [Second of two versions] Compensation and expenses of voting members

The voting members of the chemical dependency professionals board shall receive an amount fixed under division (A) of section 124.15 of the Revised Code for each day employed in the discharge of their official duties as board members and shall be reimbursed for their necessary and actual expenses incurred in the performance of their official duties.

Amended by 129th General Assembly File No. 10, SB 5, § 1. This amendment is subject to referendum in the Nov. 8, 2011 election.

Effective Date: 12-23-2002

The amendment to this section by 129th General Assembly File No. 10, SB 5, § 1 has been made subject to referendum in the upcoming November, 2011 election.
